Venus Metals Corporation Limited has launched an EIS co-funded diamond drilling program at the Pinchers Copper Project, with additional campaigns at the Youanmi Base Metals and Bellchambers Gold Projects. This exploration drive targets key resource insights, making it an attractive development for beginner traders.
Venus Metals Corporation Limited announced on 23 June 2025 that its diamond drilling program has begun at the Pinchers Copper Target under an EIS co-funded drilling grant. The company has engaged Terra Drilling Pty Ltd to conduct multiple diamond drilling campaigns not only at the Pincher Zinc target but also at projects including the Youanmi Base Metals Project and the Bellchambers Gold Project throughout June and July 2025.
At the Youanmi Base Metals Project, the firm identified a significant 5000s Late Time anomaly, designated PW1, using an advanced ground MLEM survey with a high temperature SQUID sensor and a high-powered transmitter. A reverse circulation (RC) pre-collar hole has been prepared to 150 meters (referred to as VMC255) to facilitate diamond drilling targeting a modelled flat-lying plate at 400 meters depth. This target lies to the north and down-dip from the main zinc mineralisation, and additional drilling is planned at the Pincher North Dome where shallow zinc mineralisation has been further investigated with RC pre-collared holes.
Following the campaign at Youanmi, the diamond rig is scheduled to be mobilised to the Bellchambers Gold Deposit. Here, the focus will shift to obtaining core samples for metallurgical recovery tests, an initiative expected to provide crucial data on the potential gold resource at the project.
The update is supported by detailed technical assessments from experienced geophysicists and mining professionals, underlining the company’s commitment to robust exploration efforts. Although the announcement includes forward-looking statements regarding exploration outcomes, Venus Metals Corporation Limited emphasizes that inherent risks and uncertainties may influence future results.
Bullish sentiment is driven by the diversified exploration portfolio and the deployment of advanced geophysical techniques that have already identified promising targets. The commencement of drilling at multiple projects and the systematic approach to sampling and recovery testing may enhance investor confidence in the company’s future prospects. Conversely, bearish sentiment stems from the typical risks associated with early-stage exploration. The forward-looking nature of these statements means that actual resource developments may not match expectations, and uncertainties in drilling outcomes could temper near-term market enthusiasm.
