Talisman Mining Limited has kicked off RC drilling at its Walkers Hill Project in NSW to target robust gold anomalies, while new geophysical surveys complete updates at Yarindury. This exploration push builds on promising historical data amid a buoyant gold market.

Talisman Mining Limited has launched its 2025 Reverse Circulation drilling campaign at its Walkers Hill Project in New South Wales. The current six‐hole, 900m drilling program at the Sheepyard Prospect aims to test a large shallow gold target, underpinned by an extensive gold-in-soil geochemical anomaly. Recent geophysical data revealed a significant Pole-Dipole Induced Polarisation (PDIP) anomaly, which lies beneath historical drill intercepts that identified near-surface mineralisation, including up to 40m at approximately 0.46 g/t gold. The targets, established through years of geological mapping, soil analysis, and historical drilling by previous explorers, suggest a potentially extensive mineralised system along a 10km by 2.5km trend. The Company is also progressing exploration activities at its Yarindury Project, located within the prominent Macquarie Volcanic Arc in New South Wales. A completed three-line, 13km geophysical survey employing Induced Polarisation and Magneto-Telluric methods has highlighted strong magnetic anomalies in its southeastern portion. This area is known from historical drilling to have basement depths near 200m, and follow-up drill testing is planned for the September 2025 Quarter, once the survey data processing is completed. Management expressed enthusiasm over the potential of these targets amid a buoyant gold market. They highlighted that the integration of geochemical, geophysical, and historical RC drilling data strengthens the case for major discovery opportunities. With systematic follow-up work, including additional drilling and auger programs across both the Sheepyard and Maroonbah prospects, Talisman Mining Limited aims to enhance its understanding of the mineral system and chart a clear path for future exploration investments. In assessing market sentiment, the recent drilling and survey activities present a bullish outlook for the Company. Supporters may view the integration of multiple exploration techniques and promising historical data as a strong indicator of a valuable discovery opportunity, potentially driving future exploration success and shareholder value. Conversely, cautions arise from the inherent risks associated with early-stage exploration and the uncertainty of extending historical results to economically viable reserves in a challenging exploration environment.
