Power Minerals Limited announces promising auger drilling results at its Santa Anna Project, Brazil, intercepting high-grade niobium and rare earth elements. These encouraging findings extend the mineralized footprint, bolstering prospects for a significant Mineral Resource and setting the stage for further exploration.

Power Minerals Limited has revealed promising results from its ongoing auger drilling program at the Santa Anna niobium–rare earth element project in Goiás State, Brazil. The first three vertically drilled auger holes have returned high-grade mineralisation, with niobium concentrations as high as 14,711 parts per million (ppm) Nb2O5 and rare earth elements (REE) reaching up to 13,700ppm TREO. These results, obtained at shallow depths across a 1,000‐metre grid-based drill program, extend the known mineralised footprint to the east and southeast of the initial drilling area, bolstering the Company’s exploration model. Technical details indicate that several drillholes, including notable intervals of 4 metres yielding 10,023ppm Nb2O5 and 12 metres from surface with 2,342ppm Nb2O5 (which included a 1-metre section at 14,711ppm Nb2O5), have been recorded. Similar encouraging values were reported for REE with intervals such as 13 metres at 7,882ppm TREO. Many of these high-grade intersections were encountered at the end-of-hole samples and, in some cases, drilling was ceased while still within high-grade zones, underscoring the potential for even richer yields. Additional testing is in progress to assess the presence of ionic clay REE in the shallow, weathered zone using industry-standard AMSUL wash conditions. The ongoing program follows a successful maiden reverse circulation drill campaign and now aims to deliver data that will support the development of an Exploration Target and ultimately a significant Mineral Resource Estimate. Following the completion of the auger drilling in September 2025, the Company plans to undertake deeper aircore and reverse circulation drilling to verify the continuity of the mineralisation into fresh rock below the weathered zone. The news from Power Minerals Limited presents both bullish and bearish elements. On the bullish side, consistent high-grade intersections and strategic follow-up drilling plans lend strong support to the Company’s near-term targets, potentially unlocking significant resource value. The technical results validate the exploration model and point to an expanded zone of niobium and REE mineralisation, which may be attractive from a valuation standpoint. Conversely, the bearish perspective considers that some drillholes were abandoned while still intercepting high-grade material, leaving questions about the continuity and scalability of the discoveries. Moreover, as the project remains in the exploration phase, there is inherent risk until further drilling confirms a definitive resource. Overall, these developments signal constructive progress at the Santa Anna Project, with clear indications that further drilling and testing could significantly enhance the asset’s value for investors while acknowledging the risks typical of early-stage mineral exploration.
